The 4-LAKES GUIDE ASSOCIATION was formed to benefit you, the angler. Beginners, advanced or expert fishermen can take advantage of the over 75 years of combined guiding experience that is shared between members of the association. As professional guides, we are in daily contact with each other. We share information on fish location, presentations, lures, and bait necessary for a successful and production fishing trip.
From open water to ice, game fish to panfish, we have the knowledge and experience to provide a quality fishing experience. We are experts on the Madison Chain of Lakes as well as a wide variety of lakes and rivers in the region. We take pride in teaching our clients to fish and providing extra attention to children, the disabled, and the elderly.

Terry FreyTERRY FREY: Terry has fished the Mississippi River
from La Crosse to Dubuque for more than 30 years. Terry specializes in walleye and enjoys fly-fishing for smallmouth. Ron Barefield: Ron specializes in fishing southernRon Barefield Wisconsin rivers and lakes, with over 30 years on the Wisconsin River from Muscoda to the Petenwell Flowage. He fishes for a wide variety of fish from Bass, Walleye, Northern and Musky, to panfish and even catfish. He is a full time guide, booking dates year round for fishing excursions.
